Sharing with friends

Instead of sending files in email or putting them on ftp, just place them on your online storage, and share. This is a quick and painless way to pass files to people, and to work on those files, either Word documents, or CAD drawings.

Use the Add a person link at the Sharing section of your account page.

You can type in friend's account name or email, and your storage becomes shared with a friend.

A friend can access your share by mapping youraccountname.hasfiles.com, but with his own username and password. He is able to see your files just like they are at his machine:

So, having a file at your storage, you just add a friend, and viola - the file is theirs.
