Our service had an outage on the weekend of 18-19 August, 2012.
The outage was caused by a hardware malfunction. By Monday August 20, we have replaced the hardware and restored the service, and most of the functionality should be available again.
Because of the hardware problems, few users' files were lost. We are still working hard trying to restore those lost files. If your account was affected, and the files were of importance to you, please tell us, by using the contact form on the bottom of the support page.
